Add complete Laravel LLM Gateway implementation

Core Features:
- Multi-provider support (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Gemini, Mistral)
- Provider service architecture with abstract base class
- Dynamic model discovery from provider APIs
- Encrypted per-user provider credentials storage

Admin Interface:
- Complete admin panel with Livewire components
